I like SoBe and Amp. Red Bull doesn't taste bad, but it also doesn't taste good. So what do you all think it the best one, as far as energy goes?

These energy drinks crack me up. They all claim some kind of special blend of non-essential amino acids and minerals in their swill will actually make you more alert. The reality is that every single one of these "energy" drinks is loaded with caffeine. As such, they don't work any better than cola or coffee or nodoz when you need to absolutely stay awake.

Myself, my doctor told me to cut out caffeine because it was rotting my gut so now I drink water.

and I don't drink the sissy bottled stuff, I'm hardcore with tap water from the bathroom sink.

Actually....I do. Only because certain b vitamins are important for your metabolism and the Krebs Cycle. So, since my diet isn't always the most balanced, I figure Red Bull can't hurt.
