After installing Doom2, when I go into Setup.exe and change the keyboard controls, I save and start Doom2, but the controls stay the same.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Um... I think I just used the defaults back in those days. That was before I really used keybinding to maximize my gameplay. Ahh... the good old days of just enjoying a game.

Is it weird that I've always used the arrow keys to play any game instead of WASD?

Perhaps delete the keybindings.lua file, it might be corrupted. Or just go into it and edit the stuff in there.

That's how I did it with Doom and Duke3D. I tried that with MOHAA and it was fail. That's when I adopted WASD and I haven't looked back.

WASD is for noobs. Serious players use ESDF.
