braun syncro
i prefer electric. but with that i like the "double drum Blade" over the circlular rotating blades that Norelco has.

I have a braun electric...self cleaning...super duper one. Love it.

I hate the razor burn I get on my neck/throat area when I use a straight razor...so I had to go electric.
norelco advantage... you know the one with the lotion that comes out of it... it is wet/dry so i can use it in the shower... god for quick shaves... but if i want a nice detailed clean shave i use a MACH 3 TURBO!

Gillette Mach 3 Turbo... Replacable heads.. the BEST shave... ever.

or

Panasonic Sooper Dooper wet/dry shaver thingy with the shave heads that don't lose torque or whatever....

Electric razors are for guys that don't have real beards.

I'm 100% Italian, and was one of those guys with a beard in high school. So, over the years shaving my face has become an artform.

Prepare your skin with this...

Then apply this:

Shave with this...

Then use this as an after-shave...

You will thank me later.
I use mach3 but get wicked burn Me wants an electric (getting tired of picking out ingrown hairs with teh thumbtacks )
after having used both kinds, i prefer the mach 3. They do a better job than electric, just not as quickly.

If you stay on top of your shaving, the electric may be what you want. If you dont, or your hair grows fast, i wouldnt even entertain the idea.
If you get razor burn... use this:
I use one of the high end Norelco Quadra Actions and i love it. It takes about a month for your face to get used to it but after that its heaven. No more razor bumps or cuts.
Mach 3 Turbo for both face and head.
There is only one thing that will cut a real mans beard.........a Disposable Razor. Electrics are a waste of money. I can get about two weeks of good shaves from an electric and then the thing is worthless. The trouble is, the replacement blades are at least a fourth to a third of what the damm thing cost to begin with. Not economical for me...

A REAL man eh??

wow.

Use Aveeno shave gel and you will never have razor burn or ingrown hairs again.
Cold water from a canteen cup and a rusty bayonet.
It'd be neat to learn how to use one of these...
