Anyone else having trouble connecting to EA Online?

I verified the local cache and defrag'd.

Cycled both the cable router and my wireless router. (This is a hardwire connection though.)

Still can't connect.

Several people are having issues. Apparently, this is confined to people that connect to a specific EA server.
