About a "name-link" to a banned account (unknown user)

At RDBF I was told, that one of our members probably wouldn't be allowed to play at TWL due to a link in names.
The situation is like this (as I have been writing in our forum):

hawk cant participate in TWL matches since he has a linked account, even though it isnt him they will need to do backgroundchecks first and stuff and they will probably say he cant join RDBF's team for TWL

He doesn't have a linked account.
Our HAWK (newly named -{RDBF}-ALBATROSS due to this problem):

The faker:

The "link" you are talking about is the username "r{RDBF}-HAWK", which can't be used for more than one account at a time (can't co-exist).
There isn't any IP- or MAC-overlapping.

The timeperiode, were the name "r{RDBF}-HAWK" is used:

Our HAWK (newly named -{RDBF}-ALBATROSS due to this problem):
08/08/09 03:24:01 - 09/21/09 06:45:30

Faker:
09/26/09 11:31:04 - 10/25/09 05:34:14 (last seen)

Another fact:
These two guys have been playing at the same time (look at the timestamps), on servers tracked by aa-accounthistory using different IP-adresses:

Our HAWK using the IP-adress "80.56.160.145":
09/26/09 >11:15:43< (server: 213.160.2.131) - 09/26/09 >11:37:55< (server: 8.12.68.173) - 09/26/09 >11:42:50< (server: 8.12.68.173)

Faker using the IP-adress "213.93.101.225":
09/26/09 >11:31:04< (server: 212.187.247.196) - 09/26/09 >11:33:15< (server: 8.12.68.173) - 09/26/09 >12:00:40< (server: 195.42.112.2)

Looking forward to get some feedback.

With the information I have in front of me, I see no reason he wouldn't be allowed to play in a TWL.

We link accounts with proof, not account names.
Thanks for the response [BWG]Lynx.

As shown in my post, I'm looking for the proof that defines -{RDBF}-ALBATROSS and r{RDBF}-HAWK to be two different people.

-{RDBF}-ALBATROSS is one of the possible players, to represent RDBF in TWL. But a few weeks ago, someone was trying to blame ALBATROSS (old HAWK) for cheating by comparing a screenshot and PBSS:
http://rdbf.actieforum.com/mededelingen-f4/srry-jongens-maar-ontdekte-dit-t52.htm

So the big question; do we have to dig more, for him to play TWL?

- In general, I only team-up for people, when I, without a doubt, know that they are un-rightfully blamed!
Don't like bad surprises - which is why I am contacting you.

Players are innocent until proven guilty.

Name links are not valid so there won't be any issue playing in TWL, you don't need to disprove a link when there isn't one
Thank you [BWG]Lynx.
You wrote exactly what I expected, so no further questions from me
