need help SOS!

hey guys, i have used CDC for many times, i hade 1.58,
when i came to upload it, it just woun't let me, its says something with some HTTP error 0.
well, i deleted all my CDC files after i cheaked the FAQ here, i have deleted every thing thet have connect with CDC, and i installed the 1.59, well, i came to load it and now its says,"Couldn't retrieve keys from master or backup server using Direct or Proxy. are u connected to the internset?".
as u see...i am connected to the internet, i have looked at the FAQ, and i have uninstalled my CDC again and again and removed all CDC's files like 3 times now, and its still say's this error.
i got a match tonight and i need to fix it soon, please help me.

is ur problem fixed? if not, are u behind a firewall or Proxy?
