I had assumed that the TWL admins would take their time and make a just decision concerning Max. It would appear that I gave the admins way too much credit. I think a permanent ban is way too severe for this infraction. Was he caught hacking? If you had a screenshot showing a hack or a demo showing that he was wallhacking or had an aimbot then you would not hear me say a word about permanently banning him. But, a few of you have said that you didn't think he was hacking. Now you had N!kon dead left to right wallhacking and he wasn't permabanned. Now that dumbass has been caught twice now wallhacking. That guy has got to be some kind of retard. I think CAL has banned N!kon for a year. I think a year ban on Max would have still been a bit much but, I could have understood it. A permanent ban on the other hand is uncalled for. With the current state of RTCW it is sad to have another faithful player put out to pasture. There are many OSP clans who are still trying to fill their roster which shows that the community is shrinking. To me it does sound like there is a possible vendetta against Max. Max was not caught hacking as some of you admins almost gleefully like to say. He was caught with a file that PB did not like. I have also known for people to get kicked by PB when they had their game minimizer installed into their main directory. Does a person who does that and gets kicked for it during a match deserve a permaban? I don't care if you catch someone hacking during a match, scrim, or pubbing. If you have evidence such as a screenshot or blatant demo then give that person a permaban. You can't prove Max was hacking at all. If I were Max I'd upload my demo from the match when he was kicked and all the previous matches of the season to the SG website along with PB screenshots from their match and let the wolf community view them and make their own decision about whether Max was hacking. I just can't believe that the TWL admins completely stand on the PB kick to end Max's TWL gaming. The simple thing would be to ascertain whether he was hacking from his demos and screenshots. If the demos and screenshots don't show that he was hacking then how can you possibly give him a permaban? A ban for a year maybe but, not for life. That is just ridiculous.
