WELCOMING A NEW ADMIN

First of all, I want to thank Team Warfare for giving me a chance to be a part of team as an admin.

Second, I want to thank all the teams for participating in these ladders. I for one will do everything in my power to keep these ladders alive and well.

I want to get you guys (the BHD teams) involved more in the forums. I want all team members to have a part in these forums. This is a place for everybody to get together and socialize and have fun. A place to meet and greet new people. So teams, tell your fellow members about this place.

Third. I will be working on the rule set for the BHD ladders. Trying to make them easier to understand will be my number 1 priority. I as a team member have a hard time (at times) understanding some of these rules. Keep an open eye out for these as they will be revised in the near future (will give you guys a heads up)

Fourth. I want more team input. Not just from the 1 - 2 players that constantly post. Everyone on the BHD ladders. If you have a suggestion, please let me know.

Just so you guys know, I don't / won't tolerate bashing of admins any longer here. If we (as admins) treat you (the members) with respect, I would like the same respect. We (as admins) are working to try to turn around all the negative aspects that have formed the last couple of months. If you guys can bear with us, I promise that you'll see a major change in the ladders here. We just took on 2 more people for marketing. I really see this thing taking off the next couple of months.

One thing I don't want to see is negativity on these forums. I understand there will be a few incidents, so lets just try to keep those to a minimum. We as admins will refrain from the occassional outbreak as well.

Remember if we work together, we can make this work.

Hey that sounds great to me 7 "if" the admins show respect back. But that hasnt been the case in the past. Kinda like nomex forfieting his fmatch cause he didnt want to play us. Is that how an admin should act?

Silent...how is Nomex's team forfeiting a match have ANYthing to do with being an admin? Last time I checked, when he is involved in a match, he is not an admin, he's a team founder. So how is that an abuse of his powers? It's not. Keep what 7 said in mind...it will not be tolerated. You need to drop this...you have no valid arguement. Period.
