Number of Qualifying Teams
- The number of teams who will qualify for the playoffs will be TWELVE per CONFERENCE. As there are two conferences, this means a total of TWENTY-FOUR teams in the playoffs.

Seeding
- Each Division Champion will be automatically seeded 1-4 in their conference relative to each other.

- The top 8 teams after the Division Champions will be seeded 5-12 relative to each other.

How is Seeding Done?
1. Points
2. Wins
3. Head to Head+
4. Round-Win Differential*
5. Strength of Schedule
6. If teams are still tied teams will play each other to determine higher seed.

+ If two teams have faced each other in the past, the winner of that faceoff will receive a lower (better) seed.

* Round-Win Differential will take precedence if 3 or more teams are tied after Wins are compared.

Format
The Enemy Territory League Playoffs will be a single-elimination format.

Division Champions (8 total) will be given a BYE in the first round of the playoffs.

MATCH TIMES
Match times will be the same as regular season, until the Finals. TeamWarfare will announce Finals starting time at a later date as they approach.

Shoutcasting: TSN
TSN and other shoutcasting services are REQUIRED for the League FINALS if the League arranges for it.

TeamWarfare does not require TSN coverage for regular season play or playoffs prior to the finals, however. TeamWarfare considers TSN and other shoutcasting services as a good way to propmote TeamWarfare matches and the teams that play them. So whenever possible try to use these forms of Media coverage for your matches.
