For cultural purposes, i'm starting an ET movie contest focused on explosive charges heavy weapons (ie, panzer and mortar) that will use my demos (some of them already available on my public demos archive, some others not online for various reasons).
The contesters will be given many demos and musics to chose from and will have one month to produce the movie, based on guidelines emailed to them.
The prizes are:
- 1st prize: A Clanbase icemat, like new, with enough teflon tape to equip one or two mice.
- 2nd prize: A Logitech MX510 optical mouse, like new.
- 3rd prize: Original DVD of Stanley Kubrick's "Full Metal Jacket" cult movie, UK import.
- Special roflcopter price: A movie with or without particular technical skills but featuring very original aspects will have its author rewarded with an original CD of "Mars Attacks!" movie soundtrack.
- Special drama price: A movie with or without particular technical skills but featuring cuts from real WWII historic footage, integrated with style, will have its author rewarded with a copy the book "The Second World War - A people's history" by Joanna Bourke.
Note that the special prizes may be cumulated with the 1st to 3rd prizes.
