Do any of the TWL ET Staff answer e-mails

I hate to sound rude, but I have sent out a number of e-mails to different admins on some issues and I have still not heard back from any of them. My team is getting a little frustrated, and they are constantly bugging me. What I really want to know is who is it that I can contact, that will respond to their e-mails in a timely manner. If any of the admins see this, and would like to respond, they can contact me at intensity@slbclan.com

apologies for the delay - I got your e-mail forwarded to me recently, and haven't had a chance to dig in. (Team foundership issues are a little tricky) I'm looking into it now.

Thank you for the fast response. I can understand it can be tricky. But that contact that you have for him is no longer valid, just so you know. Again, I am sorry for the way I posted, but I have been trying for over 2 months to get it straightened out. But know that it is, we are looking forward to competing with all of you.
