tarzul lock with aim graph

the graph shows his aim speed, red means turning right, green means turning left

adjusts his aim speed based on the guys movement before he actually aims at the guy, switches targets completely smooth then jitters when he tracks b/c the aimbot is reacting to updates from server, doesn't overcorrect at all when switching targets

mabel says: you guys are clowns

i say: you don't know what good player aim looks like (it looks like this)
people dont normally switch to a random target mid-fight

summon mabel into #tamodding so he can be balance queen for TAC2

list of possible reasons proj is delusional:

a) they kept you out of teh aimbot circle cause you have a big fucking mouth

b) you enjoy sucking their dicks so much you white knight for them every chance you get

c) you know about it too and are just attempting to white knight troll

or d) you're literally just an idiot

which is it?
maybe it's cause i'm a great fps player and i can recognize normal good fps play

this is pretty standard stuff
rofl.

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to unilaterally agree with projectile here on all points considered.
this evidence is baseless without graphs plotting mouse accel
red is negative accel, green is positive accel

tarzul pls send all of your tourney demos for analysis
That is clearly evidence that he is not using an aimbot.

As you can see, he switches to the second target some time after he actually saw the second target from up the hill.
He aimed at him, aimed back at phree style and aimed back with the same style to check if he is dead. An aimbot would not aim at a dead player.
I see nothing wrong here, he saw the guy, wanted to kill him for whatever reasons but realized his teamates will kill him anyway so he went back to fighting phree style.

I'm pretty sure I can recall a couple of times when I did an 180 degree turn and smashed whoever was behind me just because I randomly looked back, I know you have your moments when you did some ridiculous killings.

someone go through the rest of tarzul's demos with this because i'm not
I don't really see it... human aim is unpredictable. I bounce targets sometimes too. What if the guy flying away was a sliver and he could be chained down? That's a good play to check for.

The demo where he mouses over targets through terrain was WAY more interesting... that's the sort of thing I'd look for. This video... meh.
fishy? maybe?

But honestly, nowhere near enough you could pull any definitive conclusions on just that 1 clip. Post full demo?

If you really want to nerd it out, get a teammate's demo from some map and use LouCyphers tool to review it from the wanted PoV if you can't get hold of originals.

That being said, have also to keep in mind that demos don't really track the mouse movement perfectly (as everyone no doubt has noticed when watching someone zoom in when viewing a demo).

the view getting misaligned is a bug with t2 demo playback. while what you see is wrong, the Moves stored in the demo are perfectly fine and that's what the dll graphs.
I don't think this clip/graph is the best. The bigger tell, which is more evident from watching the demos all the way through, is the difference between Tarzul's natural sweep, mouse speed and aiming tendencies before lock and what happens as and after he locks on a target.

He doesn't always use the aimbot, and while he has good aim naturally, there are some things that stand out:

Tarzul aims cg center target naturally and in previous demos, but when he uses the lockbot he aims above the head; exactly the same way Lou demonstrated the lockbot aims in his rec.

All great cg aimers exhibit a logarithmic decrease in mouse speed as they center in on the target area. Tarzul's mouse "snags" or snaps to point on the target with high speed and zero over hang or aim compensation.

When the target is dead, the lock releases unnaturally and you can see an abrupt change in mouse speed and directional control.

Moving from one target to a target going the opposite direction at a different speed will always result in some minor fine aim compensation, even if the shooter is static. Even on altimors clip, you see tarzul has no fine aim or even mouse speed compensation in these situations.

Strafing and fast ground motions (from either the shooter or the target) causes natural aim over hang and compensation. When Tarzul is locked, even when he is strafing, there is no aim compensation period.

If someone wants to link all three demos, I will post the time signatures and points of interest. Also, just watch tarzul's older demos. His aiming didn't look like this previously.

Heres a good TA video that illustrates natural fine aim compensation:

I don't see it (I like the Jash still at the end though)
I always thought Tarzul was a fun HO to play against. If he needs some "help" to be at that level, that's fine w/ me.
can we please refrain from having fps scrubs commenting on how good players play

you're trying really hard to see something that isn't there

when you learn how to use your mouse, you can use it to quickly point at objects you see anywhere on your screen. if you are familiar with moving your mouse at a high speed, the object's relative distance will tell you how long you should move your mouse at that speed in order to meet said object.

try moving your cursor from the center of your monitor to an icon on your desktop, and then back. do this for the remaining icons. then, try the exercise again but faster. repeat as necessary. eventually, you should be able to lock bot ur icons at the same speed i use to switch between targets

I'm sure it sucks to get busted after getting away with something for who knows how long. You're a good player without the cheats and it's rather sad to see. The journey to manhood is paved with moments like these, and I'm sure you'll be better for it.
lmao
lol
Descolada the latest lockbotter caught. Sad.

Its humbling that good players like Desco cant discjump, mortar well or disc straight, but they zero in with the chaingun like robots. They even chaingun targets with no iff through hills, they so badass.
props to vax's team for having two cheaters though

ty for living up to team's name
congrats to kiss from a rose s10 champs. and to sake's stupid comment why are you harboring cheaters? so it's fine to cheat as long as they were good to start with?

lol? desco plays just fine as ho

have you ever seen him play other fps games? he's got good tracking aim, it carries over pretty easily to tribes

there is literally nothing suspicious about that demo (in fact several instances exonerate him, but people here are obviously too stupid to see them).
idk man, dropping weapons to shoot faster is p cheat
oh yah it also prty suspicious that u turn around to shoot guy that is shooting u from behind

only a lockbotter would do that

clearly the time u are shooting at a nonexistent player bc he ran away while u weren't looking is just u throwing the scent off ur cheating shenanigans
