The playoff format will be used for the matches:
DEMOS WILL BE REQUIRED.
1st Set - map selected by defending team. Assaulting team will get side choice. 10 rounds first to 6 wins the set. Switch sides after 5 rounds. Ties may occur (i.e. 5 wins for assault, 5 wins for defense). All rounds must be played.
2nd Set map selected by the assaulting team. Defending team gets side choice. 10 rounds first to 6 wins set. Switch sides after 5 rounds. Ties may occur (i.e. 5 wins for assault, 5 wins for defense). All rounds must be played.
OT (if necessary) OT will be played on UA. Defending team gets side choice. 10 rounds first to 6 wins set. Switch sides after 5 rounds. If tied total rounds won will determine the winner.
Double OT (if necessary) - If total rounds won is tied then sudden death OT will be played on MOUT. Winner take all. Defending team gets side choice.
Example 1:
Team a wins First Set 6 to 4
Team b ties Second Set 5 to 5
Result = team a wins the match
Example 2:
Team a wins First Set 7 to 3
Team b wins Second Set 6 to 4
Teams tie OT set 5 to 5
Team a wins as total rounds is Team a 11 Team b 10
Example 3:
Team a wins First Set 10 to 0
Team b wins Second Set 10 to 0
Teams tie OT 5 to 5
1 Round Sudden Death OT on Mout McKeena
