No offence but. This is a really good example of a bad post..
For one the topic.. "New Clan!" This doesn't say anything really. Even if someone could help you. They will see this as another "hello we are a new clan" thread and not even read it.
Secondly when you give out other locations like your e-mail address to send you the answer. No one ever really knows if your question has been answered already. Most people will assume it has been answered and not bother helping you again.
Other than that. I don't know the answer to your question. I would click all the links above until I found the answer. But I'm to lazy.
