someone else has my guid what do i do

An old member of my clan some how has my guid. Now i cnt play in mathces becasue my guid doesnt match. Please let me know how to fix this problem thanks

how did he even get yer guid in the first place?

he cant have your guid... thats impossible unless the game was on his pc of which the pc was yours to begin with. each cd key has its own guid. i know for a fact i have cod2 on my pc and my laptop and i have the same guid

he has his guid cause torch'd wanted his friend to smurf as him so he gave him his cd-key. Then his "friend" prolly fscked him over and just kept his cd-key so he could have 2 guids and play on 2 teams at once.....TA DA!

wat happened was i put the wrong guid in i went in console and typed in /pb_myguid or something like that it gave me one so i put that in. Then later i found out that it wasnt right so i went into console while in game and thyped /pb_plist and got the right one so when i put it in my profile it said another member already has it. The kid was in my clan, but know isnt and he has 2 guids and the one he doesnt use is mine, but he hasnt been on in weeks so i cnt change it.

okay so now Punkbuster is lying and gave you the wrong guid? Make sense i guess
