roster transfer?

I received an email about the next season. In there it was mentioned that you can transfer the roster from last season to the new one. How do I go about it?

Hey headshot. ND80 can do a roster transfer from the old leagues to the new ones. We will do this once we have all the teams on board.

So, it will be done before the league starts.
