The new leagues
We are getting ready to set up the new leagues for Season 5 of the European CoD2 league. This time around we have 2 league, so we will have 5v5 S&D all weapons and 3v3 S&D Rifles Only.
Teams that have joined the leagues, will not be put into the divisions until the preseason is over. That is 2 matches.
Sign-ups are now CLOSED!
SIGN-UP ENDS:
June 30th 2007. If you sign up after June 30th 2007 you can only get a spot in the league if we have no shows. So make sure to sign up.
SEASON 4 ANTI-CHEAT:
- The Cheat Deterant Squad (CDS) WILL NOT be operating this season, but demos still maybe requested by a admin.
- The TWL EU Admin team has decided to NOT use the 3rd party Anti-Cheat program KAPUT this time round.
- We advise you to have your server streaming to Punksbusted.com, though this is not a requirement we strongly advise it.
HOW TO JOIN:
As founder of your team, go to your team profile. In the middle of you screen locate "join new competition" and find the league you want to join in the list of leagues. Make sure to get your teammembers to sign up on the league. If your new to TWL click here for information on how to register and sign up your team.
The
5v5 Search & Destroy League
You will play one match each week on a set day and time. We hope to have 20+ team in 2 divisions with 10 or more teams in each division. Each team will play all the teams in its division, meaning you will play 9 or more matches in the regular season.
Default match day is SUNDAY @ 8:30 PM CET (7:30 PM GMT) (if your team cant play on that day, you can rearrange otherwise in matchcoms).
Depending on whether the division will have 10 or 12 teams in each division, then 4 or 6 teams will move to the playoff.
The correct PAM mode for this league is "pam_mode twl_eu_smoke" Be sure to use the right mode when playing the matches. Please note that smoke will be used in this season's league. Both teams can agree not to use smoke in the match comms, if this done happen the correct PAM mode for smoke not being used is "pam_mode twl_eu".
We plan to play the first pre-season game on, SUNDAY 8th JULY 2007. The SECOND match will be played on SUNDAY 15TH JULY. Your matches will be automaticly arranged by the admin when you sign up. HOWEVER you will not be eligeble to play a preseason match if you do not have 5 members signed up on your team. When your match is arranged, all you need to do it exchange IP and Password to your server with the other team. This match will not count in the overall score.

IMPORTANT: Your team NEEDS to play the pre-season game. If you do not play this game you will be removed from the league
You ALSO need to have 5 members signed up on your League roster to be eligeble to play.
In a no show situation you are not to report your match as a forfiet win in your favour...but to dispute it as a no show.
