12 vs 12 rules need admin help

My clan was to have a match today i sent emails to all my playing members that the password was twlmatch, we get there game time invalid pass, OK try twl match invalid pass, OK i come on MSN i get info from a member that they have decided to change the pass because its "insecure", my members were lost some i dont have their emails or dont use MSN and i didnt have contact with so im lost and confused

Here is the conversation i had with their member:
