Actually none of the server or channels load for me. It always says this page cannot be displayed. Do I have to install something to make them work?

You have to have an IRC client installed or you can go to http://www.gamesurge.net. Once you are logged onto IRC you just need to type in /join #channelname. In this case, /join #twl_scrim.css
