CS:S Now Hiring Admins

Hiring European League/Ladder Admins for CS:S
The recent upgrades and ladder additions have necessitated a staff expansion for Counter Strike: Source. The following is a very brief description of the position we are looking to fill:

• Counter Strike: Source League/Ladder Admin-
  The main duties of a League/Ladder Admin include handling initial disputes, dispute resolution, challenge & comm supervision, forum moderation, IRC moderation, as well as public & community relations.
  
  An Admin is expected to have and maintain a mature, unbiased, and objective opinion at all times. Therefore, as a League/Ladder Admin, you will be held to higher standards than the typical TWL Member. Expect that the clans upon which you play will also be held to this same high standard.
  
  So that you understand the hierarchy, the League/Ladder Admins work under the jurisdiction of Lead Admins that cover a league or ladder. They are subordinate to the Competition Manager, who in turn reports to the Competition Director.

If you think you have what it takes and wish to donate at least several hours per week, this is your chance to give back to the gaming community.
