Reporting losses

Do both teams need to report a loss after the match or only one team??

just the loser

I belive TWL states the the Losing team most report loss with in 24 hour if the match "not sure on the time"

BUT the only time when you do not report the loss is if ether team plans to file a Protest with the admin. then you wait till the admin gets back to you with His disition on the Match
