Help Me with The servers

I create a server for my clan mwd. But I can't figure out a way to join it. I have Xp so I try switching user and playing under a different name all it does is make the servers ping very high. I have the 2.1 update.
Please Help(if you can)

it all depends on what connection you have

u need T1 4 a server to have a good ping... i think... but i dont knwo anything, its recomended
