No server

A team in Objective 2v2 ladder North America defeated us. So i think they must build up the server for the match, we putted match communications two days ago to ask the server ip or whatever, they never replied and never contacted us for anything. My match is in about 15 minutes, could you just tell me what happen, who wins, who loses, or is it forfeit, cause I know by now the match won't be played.

Thx in advance for the time you are according to me, Dan

Use the dispute match button and dispute the match for a no show, or for not posting in match coms, or for not providing ip. Or all 3 of those. Then post in match coms saying you are disputing the match. The admin should take care of it within 48 hours.
