Handling problems with these forums

Guys I realize everyone here is very important to this league, but I have to say this.

When we get complaints or issues about the league or anyone or any team we do look into it and handle it. Just because we dont post it on the forum doesnt mean we dont care. I want all of us to have fun here and enjoy coming to the boards and posting stuff without seeing all the negativity that goes on behind the scenes.

So if there is a problem email me and I guarantee that I will get the issue solved one way or another. I think there are quite a few of you here that have seen just that and no one is the wiser.

Its all about fun and enjoyment of the boards. Things wont get resolved instantly and they may take a little time but they will get resolved.

So please dont get upset if we dont post issues on the boards for all to see. Believe me if it involves everyone here I will post it.

Can I get an amen here?

i guess if it's not in really simple, 2 syllable or less words, rag can't get it.

here's the gist, broken down into simple points so perhaps you can get you mind around it:
1) The Admins do care, and listen when there are problems
2) But do not post these problems on the boards, go to the admins with email or MSN
3) Boards are for fun, not being mean.
4) even though the admins try hard, they have lives too, and so real life comes before making sure your match got posted right. Allow them time to fix your problem.
5) love the admins, they are your friends.

and for the dumb:


EMAIL the admins if you have a problem. They will get to it ASAP ( as soon as possible).

Now wait... you're saying that I should EMAIL the ADMINS if I have a problem. Is that what I'm getting from this. That EMAILING the ADMINS will solve my problems when I have them. Boy.. that's good to know.

Ok.. next question.. how do I e-mail?
