Matchwatch problem. Reverend continues to state match is an OGL match

I can not get Matchwatch to stop saying the match is an OGL ladder match. Ive tried everything from deleting and replacing all configs on the ftp to rechecking TWL a million times on the MW startup menu. But for some reason when people join thru Reverend it states that the match is an OGL match. Ive had a problem with this from day one. Sometimes I just keep stopping and starting the server and MW and get it to work. Other times it really never works.

Any ideas? I thought the update would fix this. Also Ive let other people run MW and they will have the same problem when running it on our server ip. Ive did a fresh install with our server company and still nothing fixes it.

Now it wont update the MW ip. It used to. Also I can no longer get it to be a TWL ladder match. I used to be able to stop and start, delete and replace configs in the ftp to get it to work and now nothing changes it from OGL match. Also I tried to run the match as an OIL ladder match but it continues to say OGL ladder match.
