GUID is being asked even though already entered

I've tried to join my clan today on their page, but it keeps telling me "Must Have Anti-Smurf/GUID entered to Join this Competition" even though I already my MW2 GUID, WeGame username, and XAC Identifier ID on my profile.

Post in your game specific forums, as your game admins will know exactly which ID's you need for their competition.
