PU March Madness

Alright, just before all hell broke loose in renegades, someone was going to run a winter pickup. I'm not sure what happened to it, or who it was, but i think somewhere down the line it got lost, or maybe caught up in all the BS. I'll be the first person to say that we need more competition and our ladder just isn't showing it, the top 4 rungs are the damn, "who's Who in Renegades" and they just sit up there and the bottom guys can't find anyone else to fight aginst. (this brings me to my point) It'd be fun to mix the teams a bit, and see what happens. I'd like to have a pu Tourney. I'd do all the work for it, I'd also host the games on TIF PUB, that way everyone would have a place to play. I'll also have 2 team speak servers setup, 1 for each team. (i case you don't have your own) you guys would just have to show up and play.Send me and email if your interested.

the ren tourny didn't get forgotten, but i gave up on it after kaiser put out a great effort to do it and all i can say is that you need to redo the capts because the ones we have now did not put out the effort to get it rolling. personally i say through experience/prestige out the window in favor of someone committed enough to follow through with the responsibilities of polling your teammates for dates/times and staying in contact with the tourny organizer. TR is working on a php module to automate and simplify this process so yay.

Ok, i've got about 30 people involved so far, keep emailing me and tell me your clan and position. and leave the rest up to me. I'll pick captians after at least 50 more people email me. that's a total of 80. If i don't get 80 it's a no go. For the people that HAVE emailed me: Send this link to everyone in your ICQ-yahoo-msn-whatever list. We need more people involved. Plz PLZ PLZ don't post replys of interest in the forums. I don't have time to check all of them everyday. Have people Email me PLZ. and post here often just to keep this topic on top. If this gets going it'll rock. And I'm dedicated to it. Like i said before I'll do most all the work, all you guys have to do is show up. amd drum up people that i can't get intouch with. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. The more people involved the better/funner/longer. Get everyone you know involved in this. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!!!!!

I've got about 35 people. As soon as I get 50 i'll send you guys an email that have sent me one. But I need 80 total to do this. The best way to make this ork, is for everyone who does want to play is to tell all you friends about it, ICQ everyone in you list, and post on all the forums. And BE sure to tell people to EMAIL ME. That is very inmportant that you tell everyone to EMAIL me and not to post in the forums if they want to play or not.. Thanks for the support. And remember the more poeple we(you and me) get to play in this the funner it will be
