T2TV

can primal make it to where we can have more matches shown on T2TV?...i remember nordramor saying no more Ren casts cause it was "predictable" or something, would b kool if we could fix that so det packs dont have Variables on not working, but randomly

i also know this isnt the only thing that ISNT random, plz fix, i still have some Audio of the 3g v p9 match, and its great remembering it, i love t2tv!

Priml has no control over T2TV. The reason they won't cast it anymore is because Ren isn't open source. A very stupid reason, imo.

If you want more T2TV, you're going to have to talk to them. (and no, open sourcing is not an option. Nor is it our decision.)

we would have even more screwed problems, were people tried to fix code on their own, and then discover more ways to hack and cheat the system.

IMO= REN IS BEST most stable mod.

I've always thought that the chances of a det going off when you suicide are based on nothing but random numbers. People always say on RW that it's based on other things, but I don't really believe that. Has there been any confirmation that dets are anything but completely random?

T2TV is absolutely essential for Ren to gain the exposure it deserves...

not to mention, it made our match vs p9 that much more exciting knowing we were gonna be on TV...

as far as fool proof det packs are concerned... nothing could be gayer than making them explode 100% of the time...
there would be no reason to use anything but maybe 1 engineer and the rest of the D runnin around blowin their hedz off...

and for those who think it takes skill to det someone, it does, about as much skill as it takes to run into a wall...

But yeah, for all the hype that the P9 vs 3G match got because of the cast, it was definitely a giant plus to Ren in general. Got a lot of exposure to people who'd never played it or understood how big of a difference there can be between a chaotic pub and an organized match.

Keep us up to date on T2TV, Kod. A lot of our team would love to have one of our games casted.

T2TV? that's their dumb excuse. a rediculous reason for not casting. detpacking is random for exactly the reason Roophless points out. Physics do have something to do with the random duds. Used to have a FAQ on detpacking somewhere. Anyone remember?

Its down to individual casting networks how and if they use T2TV. I've never said T2TV wont support ren because its not open source.
