Here are the maps for the upcoming 6v6 season. This is in NO PARTICULAR ORDER.

Invite League and Open League (same as the US side):
Pipeline
WCSE
CSAR
SF Village
Radio Tower
Insurgent Camp
MPSE
BSE
River Basin

Teams in the same division will play eachother 3 times. This goes for both the Open and Invite League.

After the preseason match we were forced to remove 70% of the Open League teams because of inactivity (I am sure that's a new record). We have mailed alot to teamcaptains recent days and Mohsen really has worked his ass off to get the Open League filled again with a good number of teams (and strong ones I might add). Instead of the 24 teams that were in preseason we moved to 16 teams, 4 divisions. This means the leagueconcept and the maps we have picked for the Invite League will be copied to the Open League. Each team in the division will play the other teams 3 times (outdoor, CQB and midrange map). The rulesets are updated because of this and will be posted today. The Invite Matches have been posted tuesday as some of you already discovered and the Open League matches will be up today.

Sunday match one regular season. Let's make it a great one!

Could we please get the Play-Off maplist since the Admins obviously already have decided and knows about what maps will come (and are a part of the competition).

I wouldn't be so sure that they have.

However after last season a pledge to choose the maps prior to the league starting was made and I was told it had become policy. This was to stop maps being selected based on the teams that qualified.

The maps will be released on a weekly basis just like it has been all season. This is the same thing that was done during the 4v4 League last season. I can tell you that the week 1 map is SF Sandstorm. Stef will post the matchups shortly.

I'm quite sure I speak for all the 6 teams without Admins in them, that don't have a clue what maps is comming up and dont have the same possibility to prepair as the 2 teams with Admins, when I say: We want to know the maps as soon as they are picked! Not a week before the matches.

There wont be an argument here - There are 2 people that know the maps. Myself and Stef. Not Maddog, not Jeniva, not anyone else knows. So if the info is made public its by one of us. Im not on a team so I have no advantage over anyone. I can't speak for Stef, but as an admin, Im sure nothings been said.

In short, just the 2 of us know the maps and you will be informed 1 week before the actually match. You will have plenty of time to get ready for your match.

the maps will be announced 1 week before the match, as they have said, period. I dont see why that should cause a problem..
