All star game update

There are several revisions to rosters so read up:
USF, USMS, Railriders, DA, and TGBNA all have until tommorow night to submit thier three names before roster lock and adjustments are made to divisions. Also, there are many new teams on the ladder and they are invited to participate as well. DA, NFH, etc.

We will also be picking captains depending on which team captains show, rather than having one not show leaving that team in a pickle.

reminder, there will be a big pug for everyone that's in a clan, on a roster in twl's CTF ladder. come one, come all. we have plenty of resources at our dispossal as far as servers and teamspeaks.
