New Demo Rule Effective Round 3

TEAMS.... demos are required to be held for two weeks following your Tournament Matches. Demos can and will be requested at an admins discresion. Failure to furnish demos to an admin requesting them will result in forfeiture of your match.

Each team will take a /rcon status screenshot using the rcon password that is giving to them via a their match communications. These screenshots will be held for two weeks and named as such:

Team vs Team and Date
ex. TeamAvsTeamB-01Jan03

Screenshots are taken via rcon and typing in the following:

/rconpassword password
/rcon status
/screenshotjpeg

Are the demos needed? Meaning: Do we have to upload them after the match still ?

is there some way to make a screenshot button similar to the demo toggle? No offense, but minimizing in CoD is a pain in the ass enough, i dont really want to have to check here to make sure i have all those lines right.

I think if you type in the console..
/screenshot

while your looking at the "rcon status" screen, that it will take the SS. I will test that out and let you know in a few.

ok it's "late" in the morning and I havn't slept so I might have misunderstood. Everybody participating in the match has to take the screen or just the team captain/

Yes you can easily bind any button to take a screenshot.

bind F12 screenshotjpeg

Using just /screenshot will output the file in TGA format while using /screenshotjpeg ensures it writes the file in JPG format and IMO is easier to use. TGA files tend to be very large and difficult to work with for those without Adobe Photoshop.
