its easy, the computer specs are recorded in the ss taken, I don't believe there's a guy with 2 computers with the same parts, that would be stupid lol. Even the resolution that the player has is recorded. To get there just review a match go to user log.

An example: that's BRD's specs:

WE already dealt with this on clanbase ... it is a way to bypass uac. computer info doesnt mean shit cus the player can just say that they use multiple computers, OR they just only logon uac on one computer.. also theres a way to do the same thing by running 2 windows accounts and running uac and mohaa on one account and then another mohaa on the other and play.. u guys are like 4 years late on finding this out lol

the uac admin said theres nothing they can do about it, so oh well, which is why so many top teams are gone because uac is not used anymore

that problem would be solved easily if people would had apply the fix revo shared, but I was the first 1 after a week or so when the ladder started, and the admins agreed to put it in the rules, 2 weeks later they call it back to just scans and no need of ss's, but it's ok, the other solution would be "hey you, minimize for a couple of mins until we can see the ss that proves you are playing in this server" lmfaoo.

that r_mode -1 isnt really a fix, its just playing your game windowed and making the screen really big and then u need to deal with clicking offscreen and gfx problems and lots of other crap depending on ur pc

and ya it will probably come down to forcing people to play windowed , but no one wants to play in a league with shit anti cheat, and im guessing thats why this league is dead =(
